This Cubs vs.
Sox series has been very exciting. Hopefully our
cubbies will win tonight to pull off a sweep of the series! We were lucky enough to have tickets to the first game of the series. It was quite loud at Wrigley when the cubs scored their first run in the very first inning. But we had to wait all the way to the bottom of the 9
th to really celebrate when Ramirez hit a home run to win the game.
It started off with a rain delay. Poor bleacher bums got soaked just sitting there in the down pour for 5 minutes. Then it was sunshine for the rest of the game. See Brian and Carl sitting two rows in front of us? That was the highest up I've ever sat in Wrigley and it really wasn't bad at all.

Go cubbies!! I can't remember the last time I went to a game. So sad, they don't even play them on tv down here!
